Renovation Phase 1--Floors and Paint

We have almost completed phase one of our remodel which includes new flooring and lots of new paint!  Here are some pics:

Remember this beautiful master bedroom wall treatment???

Now it is a soothing urban gray called "Metropolis."

Lyla's bedroom is fit for a princess with Imperial Lilac walls!

Marshall did not get his wish and get a Red room as he requested. However, he did get a neutral tone to decorate as he pleases!

The entry is Mocha with a metallic faux finish.  The formal living is called Cincinnati Hotel and has an accent wall of the same metallic finish. 

The bedrooms have new carpet and all other areas are tiled in a ceramic tile called Gold Travertina!

Finally, the playroom and laundry room got the "Lucy Blue" treatment!

So there is our update so far!  Next on our list will be the master bath, kitchen, and den after we move in this week.
